JESSE: My name's Jesse. I'm 50 years old. I'm a registered nurse at a cath lab up in San Diego. Surfing's a big deal. I surf with my son, Ryan. It's kind of our moment, it's our time. A bad day on a surfboard is always better than a good day at work. May 6th 2006. That morning, I mean I came in and I felt like I had the flu. I felt like I had just worked a double, I was sick, not feeling well. Feeling flip-flops in my chest.
