JOHNSON & JOHNSON GATEWAY^sm is divided into five main areas: Product Information, Professional Resources, Contact Us and Product Ordering. Each of these areas can be accessed by using the top Menu bar available on each page.

You can view product-related information by clicking on Product Information on the top Menu. You can find the information by Specialty Area, Category or Company. Select the option that is familiar to you.

Continue to the next pages until you see a list of products. Each of these listings includes product information and such related materials as: design rationale, surgical technique, essential product information, package and label information, instructions for use.

The Professional Resources section of JOHNSON & JOHNSON GATEWAY^sm contains information about Professional Education and Education for Your Patients.

By selecting the Professional Resources option, you will be presented with a listing of all the related information available within the specialty you have designated. Clicking on Professional Education will provide you with access to information on accredited courses, non-accredited courses, training opportunities, conferences & meetings, disease management, procedure guides, selected clinical Citations, reimbursement Information, video resources, online magazines and other related web sites.

The Education for Your Patients section of the site is a resource area for visitors who are looking for high-quality medical content to provide to their patients. Selecting the Education for Your Patients option within the Professional Resources area will produce a list of specialty areas that offer multiple patient materials available, including disease state information, procedure information, product information for patients and websites for your patients. Selecting from these options will take you to an alphabetical listing of all materials available on the site.

The Contact Us area provides easy access to customer service information available from each participating Johnson & Johnson company. Go to Contact Information to obtain email address, location and phone numbers of each participating company. Select Rep Locator to receive information about the sales representative in your area. For other inquiries, choose Questions and Feedback to send your inquiries and comments to us or the participating company(s).

If at any time you wish to return to the main entry page of the site, simply click on HOME or the JOHNSON & JOHNSON GATEWAY^sm logo located on the top left corner of the site.

To register on JOHNSON & JOHNSON GATEWAY^SM, select the Register link at the top of the page. This will take you to our Privacy Policy. Please take a moment to view our Privacy Policy, which describes how your information will be maintained on this site. After accepting the policy, fill out your profile on the form to complete your registration.

If you are already registered, click on Login at the top of the page or from the Home Page. Enter your username and password to access MY J&J GATEWAY. If you have trouble logging in, click on the link that is presented to you to obtain your username or password, which will be sent to the email address we have on record.

To use the search feature of JOHNSON & JOHNSON GATEWAY^sm, simply type in a word or phrase in the search box and press Go. Your search results will be presented to you and you will have the opportunity to narrow your search by entering more data into the fields provided or to begin a new search.

For a more advanced search, select Advanced Search and you will be taken directly to the page that allows you to narrow your search by selecting other criteria, like specialty area or company.

If you are having difficulty viewing any of the Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) files, make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or higher. To view .pdf files in Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher, the security must be set to medium or lower. To change the security level:

1. Start Internet Explorer and then click Internet Options on the View menu. (For Internet Explorer 5.0, click Internet Options on the Tools menu).
2. Click on the Security tab, click Internet Zone in the Zone box, click either Medium (more secure) or Low, and then click OK.
